Weve had the LG Counter-Depth MAX Fridge for about a month now and it truly has exceeded our expectations and is a great addition for the kitchen. The storage capacity is incredible offering plenty of room for our groceries and tons of space for our frozen foods in the bottom freezer. My favorite feature is the zero clearance hinges on the doors. which are a game changer especially if you have a smaller kitchen space where every inch counts. Were also very pleased with the Craft Ice function which conveniently makes round ice balls to keep all your drinks chilled. Highly recommend this LG Fridge if youre looking for style and efficiency especially those with limited space or seeking a seamless built-in look.

This fridge is huge upgrade from my previous one. I really appreciate all the smart storage shelving and generous space inside. Meal prep has never been easier with all this space and solid temperature control. I have a very modest kitchen / dining space and I cant express how grateful I am that the doors dont jut out when theyre open. I also love the bottom freezer - the multiple pull out shelves make it a breeze to use which I do multiple times a day. The fridge door water dispenser has decent pressure and the taste is pretty clean. Full transparency Im a friend of an LG employee and received this fridge for free in exchange for my candid review. this is an odd yet expensive refrigerator. where do i start ... First of all the doors dont open very wide so it makes it hard to get things in and out of the refrigerator. im not a huge guy but when both doors are open my arms hit the sides of the doors when i reach into it. also both doors need to be fully open to get the cheese and meat drawer to slide. the craft ice maker is kind of a gimmick it takes up a lot of space and even though the ice container looks big it will only fill it to one layer which wastes more space also it only makes a couple ice cubes a day even on the fast mode which wouldnt be a big deal if the regular made enough ice to fill a Stanley cup but it cant keep up and also the door ice maker has a tendency to freeze up so you need to open it from time to time to break up the ice in the door ice maker. the dispenser for the door ice maker is really kinda slow too you will stand there for a bit filling a large cup. i contacted LG about my issues with the doors but they told me sorry you bought so you own it all in all it feels like a really cheap build and i wouldnt suggest you buy this unit i wish i hadnt ... in fact i wouldnt buy an appliance from LG again

Love the high end look of this refrigerator. It is very quiet and roomy. Ice maker is awesome with ice that comes out as round cubes. Handle is built into bottom freezer which I love because my old freezer had a handle that always loosened. Would love to see this feature incorporated into main refrigerator doors. Also love that the stainless steel is fingerprint free and easy to keep clean. Overall its a beautiful and roomy appliance which is very important since it is counter depth.

This refrigerator is an absolute must have. I am so happy that I replaced my old one with this one. There is a control panel on the right side behind the door. It controls the temperature for the fridge and the freezer. There is a WiFi app that you connect to called LG ThinQ app. This app shows the status of the refrigerators network connection. It also alerts you when the filters need changing. There are 3 different ice function. The indoor ice is regular cubed and crushed ice that is dispensed outside the door along with filtered water. The craft ice is round slow melting ice used for hot summers and making cocktails. The ice plus produces ice at a much faster rate when you need lots of ice quickly like for ice chests or entertaining guests. There is plenty of space in the main part of the fridge the doors and the freezer. Plus many more superior and unique function like the snap into place shelving. This refrigerator is perfect for any household.

Our new LG refrigerator is sleek and very functional. It exudes elegance and efficiency. I am especially pleased with the craft ice function as I enjoy a nip of whiskey from time to time. I feel comfortable in knowing that my food and beverages will be maintained at the appropriate temperature in order to keep them fresh. The outward appearance of the refrigerator is very appealing to the eye and its an excellent complement to our other appliances. The zero clearance hinges make it more convenient to move about the kitchen especially when there are many cooks about. The thin door design definitely contributes to a sleeker look without sacrificing storage space. The slim space plus ice system provides sufficient storage while saving space inside the refrigerator. The tall ice and water dispenser are quite good. The stainless steel finish also seems quite nice in that fingerprints are virtually nonexistent. I especially enjoy the water and ice dispenser which provides a varied selection of ice. One slight critique relates to the shelving we may need to modify the shelves so as to accommodate taller items in the refrigerator. As an aside I have found it especially convenient to add filtered water for our daily coffee from the on door water dispenser. All in all I am extremely satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it.

We recently added the LG Counter-Depth MAX with Zero Clearance 3-Door French Door Refrigerator to our laundry room and it has exceeded our expectations. We have 4 kids who eat like a whole football team so we need all the storage The zero clearance doors are perfect for the tight space allowing full functionality. I really had struggled to find a refrigerator that could work there because of the hinges until finding this Despite its counter-depth design the 23.7 cu. ft. capacity offers plenty of extra storage for our needs. I also love the option for craft ice I hate using ice trays and had contemplated getting a countertop ice maker just for this kind of ice until finding this refrigerator I couldnt be happier with this addition to our home. And absolutely love only having to go to the grocery every 1-2 weeks now

This fridge is a replacement for my previous LG fridge. The last fridge needed a new compressor after just 3.5 years and then again after 7 years. I swore I wouldnt buy LG again but I wanted to match the rest of the appliances. So far this one is working great. Ill update this review if needed as the years go on. This new refrigerator replaced my older LG refrigerator with very similar specs which had been reliable for over 10 years. As a result my review will contain a few comparisons of the new one over the older one. I love the minimalistic and modern look of the refrigerator by removing the freezer door handle and keeping all temperature controls inside. It runs very quietly and I only hear noise when it drops the ice. I also love the dual ice makers especially the Craft ice maker in the freezer section which makes slow melting 2 inch round ice balls. As LG mentioned it has sleek and thinner doors making it stick out much less about 1.5-2 inches than the previous one even though there is no noticeable difference to the actual space inside. It is bright inside with LED lights and has ample spaces in both refrigerator and freezer sections with nice storage compartments and trays. However 2 storage compartments on the left door are less practical as they are too narrow to put anything in. I was able to put butter sticks and a few other thin items. I also wish there were more shelving height adjustment options. It only comes with 3 ledges which hold the shelves from the sides. The best combination is to place the bottom shelf on the second ledge for those who need to put decent sized items. I am able to fit a Ninja blender which is about 10.25 inches tall. Overall I am very pleased with this new LG refrigerator and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new refrigerator

First of all as our front door is smaller than regular size we were having difficulties moving large appliances through the door. However thanks to the small dimension in depth-wise this refrigerator was able to move in without any dismantling or scratches We had hard time with removing the original product. Also the best part of this refrigerator is that it fits perfectly within our kitchen space and doesnt stick out awkwardly like the previous one while the shelves and drawers are very spacious. It looks great and makes the space feel more open with it decent look. Our previous refrigerator had freezer on the top and fridge below. Even if it had large space we had to bend to reach inside of the fridge. However having the frequently used fridge at the top provides us super easy access to the shelves. Lastly this is my first time using a refrigerator with a built-in water purifier and ice maker. The height of the dispenser space is tall enough to use most of our tumblers easily. The ice-making noise is a bit noticeable but its manageable. I highly recommend the product

This refrigerator replaced a work in refrigerator. That was a side-by-side but the icemaker never worked properly since we purchased our house in the summer of 2020. Having this new sleek LG counter depth French door refrigerator really perks up our kitchen. The dual icemaker is something I didnt know I needed until I saw it in action. A must for me is to have the water and ice dispensers on the outside of the door as I am a frequent water drinker and I like the convenience. To my surprise the other day I opened up the freezer and I saw the craft ice that I didnt know this refrigerator was capable of making. It was so much fun using this ice. I know our guest will love it too. This is a sleek looking refrigerator. The doors open very wide for easy access to the various shelves and drawers. So far I am finding this very roomie. It also seems roomy in the freezer as I took everything from my side-by-side freezer and put it in this freezer and everything fits really well. I have not downloaded the LGQ app yet but that will be my next step as I understand that it will send me maintenance tips and alerts. This will be really handy as this refrigerator is in our second home and even though we are here frequently I want to know whats going on when Im not here. So far Im very pleased with this purchase and I am loving all the new things Im learning about what I can do with this refrigerator and what I can do for me.

Having a small kitchen has made finding a fridge difficult. For years Ive dealt with not being able to fully open my freezer due to a wall up against the only spot for a fridge. The hinges on this fridge make that no longer an issue. We can fully open the fridge and the drawers give full visibility so no more fruits and veggies rotting out of sight.

Wow...Im absolutely thrilled with this refrigerator The sleek slim design fits perfectly in my kitchenit doesnt stick out like other fridges which really helps maintain an open airy feel. The doors open wide without any issues and while we have a decent-sized kitchen I can see how this would be a fantastic choice for tighter spaces too. Theres plenty of storage in both the fridge and freezer and I can easily fit everything I need without feeling cramped. The only minor downside is that the door shelves are a bit small on one side but its really not a big deal overall. Actually I would give it 4 1/2 or even 4 3/4 stars because it isnt perfect. Just close to it Love the craft ice cubes rounds and the freezer is really spacious. Temperature in both fridge and freezer is perfect. Wish there was more adjustability for the shelves but its ok we just lay the taller containers on their sides. The only thing that irked me was the lack of a drip tray in the exterior water dispenser. It took two weeks to find someone who said yes there is supposed to be a drip tray we will send it to you but that was two weeks ago and no drip tray yet The refrigerator fits perfectly in the space and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. If the drip tray shows up Ill change it to five stars

This new LG refrigerator replaced an aging JennAir refrigerator that came with our house when we moved in couple of years ago. So far we are very happy with its excellent cooling modern features smart features zero clearance doors craft ice as well as its general simple yet-sleek style. The refrigerator has been doing a great job keeping even yet cold temperature across both refrigerator and the freezer compartments. I like that I can control and keep tabs on the refrigerator using LGs app and even install fun updates like new melodies for it to play when the kids leave the door open too long The design of its doors allow it to open even when installed next to the nearby walls and cabinets which makes it flexible for some future kitchen renovations and our family - including kids love the cool craft ice that it makes and use it for almost everything now. Externally we like that its simple yet sleek with just the cutout for the water dispenser that is extra functional due to its huge opening allowing us to easily fit and fill up pitchers and water bottles. Ive had this refrigerator for 2 weeks so its still a learning curve. I had a 42 built-in and its the first time Ive had a french door. I really like this refrigerators looks and it will look even better once I complete the cabinet above it. Its one of the counter depth refrigerators that has the least inches in depth and that works well for me. The zero clearance doors work great for my situation. Theres lots of room in the freezer although not enough light. The refrigerator itself seems adequate but lacking shelves on the doors. The left hand side has two extremely shallow shelves which only fit snacks for kids and that doesnt do me any good. Also I have the water/ice dispenser on the door and I wish the ice cubes were larger. I do like the craft ice cubes. The vegetable bins are very large and so is the meat/cheese drawer. All in all I really like this refrigerator and the good outweighs the not so good

I recently purchased the LG Counter-Depth MAX LF24Z6530S Refrigerator and Im thrilled with both the product and the installation experience. The delivery and installation team was excellent. They arrived right on time carefully measured my kitchen space to ensure the refrigerator fit perfectly and seamlessly installed the new unit while removing the old one. They even went the extra mile to align one of the doors that was slightly offimpressive attention to detail As for the refrigerator itself the fit and finish are top-notch. The sleek design looks fantastic in my kitchen and the internal lighting is bright and evenly distributed making it easy to find everything. The temperature controls are intuitive and Ive found the companion phone app surprisingly helpful for checking the temperature adjusting lighting and managing sound settings. The only small drawback is that I wish the depth was slightly greater as the counter-depth design limits storage a bit compared to standard-depth models. However this is a minor issue and overall the fridge has been a great addition to my home. I would highly recommend the LG Counter-Depth MAX LF24Z6530S to anyone looking for a stylish reliable and feature-rich refrigerator.

I love this fridge so so much. I had a Frigidaire fridge previously that didnt even last me 10 years as I had hoped and many of the features were outdated alongside me having a lack of space. This LG Counter-Depth MAX has probably been the best appliance Ive ever owned. There is as lot of space for food items alongside large containers due to the holidays and the ice machine making 3 forms of ice is super fun and convenient especially when it comes to hosting guests. I highly recommend this model its amazing The design is spacious and sleek and the delivery service team was incredibly kind. I previously used an older Bosch refrigerator which was the same size as this model but the LG refrigerator offers more spacious storage. I love the bottom storage in the upper refrigerator section. The clear and wide drawers make it easy to check the stock without opening them so theres no need to stack items. The door storage is also great for storing tall items like juice or milk thanks to its ample height. Additionally this refrigerator offers two types of ice makers giving me many options to use the space. For example if I dont need crafted ice I can simply turn off the switch remove the basket and use that space for freezing food. Overall Im really happy with my brand-new refrigerator it looks great in my new kitchen

I recommend the LG refrigerator which makes you feel better the more you use it and increases satisfaction with every use. I replaced my old refrigerator from another brand with an LG refrigerator of the same size because the old one sometimes didnt work properly. The design of the LG refrigerator is modern and sophisticated. Also the mechanical noise that used to be heard from my old refrigerator is almost non-existent in the LG refrigerator. The adjustable height of the internal drawers makes it easy to store bottles like sauce upright which greatly enhances the storage capacity. Additionally the refrigerator offers two types of ice: solid cubes and crushed ice so you can choose the type that suits your needs making it very convenient.

Good Refrigerator but Slow Craft Ice Maker

I bought this refrigerator a few days ago from Lowes. Overall its a good refrigerator and I like the layout. Lowes did the installation including hooking up the water. Water dispensed properly and within a few hours I had ice in the door. My problem was with the Craft Ice maker. Lowes gives you two days to return an appliance and the craft ice maker was not making ice. Towards the end of the 48 hours after installation I still didnt have any ice in the craft ice maker. I called LG but they were no help - just told me to wait longer. Faced with that deadline I called Lowes and said I wanted to return the frig which they agreed to do the next day. But later in the day the unit finally made three craft ice cubes - so I called Lowes and cancelled the replacement. I dont even understand why youd want craft ice cubes. Theyre a bit large for use in a glass and I have ice in the door dispenser. Id prefer just regular ice cubes that were made faster than three or six cubes a day. Unless I find some use for the craft ice cubes Ill probably turn off the craft ice maker and use the space where the ice bin was for frozen food.

Our family loves this fridge After many faithful years our family had to let go of our fridge and looked at our needs and landed on this beauty. All the room you are saving with their zero clearance door is also utilized on the interior with more room for your produce and foods. Fit perfectly where our old refrigerator was yet we have much more room on the inside. From the outside it is beautiful with its sleek modern yet elegant in its appearance. Makes it super easy to clean which is always a good thing for a neat freak like myself. The instructions for their additional functionalities like connecting water for its ice making capability was clear concise and easy to follow. Now instead of using space in our freeze portion for ice trays we have the ability to hold that many more ice cream. Going on a diet 1/1/25 bear with me. The freezer itself has been amazing since it is located on the bottom as oppose to the top like our previous model. This is especially awesome because now my grandfather can reach his night time snack strawberry ice cream that much easier. The easy gliding doors also bides well with my aging companion. We are very excited about our new refrigerator. This refrigerator provides a better fit for our built-in cabinets than our previous refrigerator did. Our last refrigerator stuck out about 7. Now with the new zero clearance refrigerator we even gained some floor space making our kitchen walkway feel wider. Also this refrigerator just feels effortless to manage. The doors are so light they feel effortless to open and without any restrictions. The zero clearance hinge allows us to open the refrigerator doors nice and wide making it easy to take trays out without feeling restricted of space. The refrigerator shelves are also nice and long making it easy to fit longer trays as well. The freezer drawer is deep and wide and easy to access making it easy to store so much. We just received our new fridge last week and I am loving it Compared to our previous fridge which had the ice maker in the top back left of the fridge the ice maker being on the door really makes this so much more spacious. The refrigerator feels deep and has plenty of room for all items. I like that the shelves are removable in case you do need to place taller items inside. The freezer is spacious and I like the two levels. The availability for craft ice is so much fun and we are loving adding it to our drinks and love that it helps keep the drinks colder longer All in all a great fridge we are so happy we went with this model

We upgraded our fridge just about a week ago and are super pleased. The sleek stainless finish and simple design gives our fridge a sleek look. The zero clearance doors really do help maximize tight spaces without compromising full use of the fridge storage. The shelves are deep as is the dual shelved freezer. The one drawback is losing a bit of shelf space on the door where the ice-maker is installed. However the dual ice-maker with craft ice and app features are a nice bonus

Im thrilled with my new fridge. The left door on my previous fridge could not be opened because it was blocked by the wall therefore I was only using half of my fridge. That issue has been completely resolved with my new Zero Clearance fridge. I can open both doors easily and access my entire fridge. The design is very sleek and simple. Im very excited to use the craft ice feature as well. The fridge is spacious and has a lot of storage in the doors. The freezer is huge I love the two levels as I can easily access all of my frozen food. The install was done perfectly. They took out my old fridge without any damage to the walls and were able to install the new fridge in a very short amount of time. The customer service with LG was excellent. I was made aware of all delivery options and all of my needs were met in terms of delivery date and time. Overall Im very happy with my new fridge and am glad I made the change.

We just renovated our kitchen and we have a super tight space for a refrigerator. We always wanted a 36 inches wide refrigerator but the door wouldnt open up against a wall because it requires additional spacing so that door can open. However with this LG Free-Standing Counter-Depth with Zero-Clearance-Door-Hinges it doesnt add any width to the product and it almost opens up by itself. From a design point of view we love the fact that it doesnt stick out past countertops and virtually flush with counters and cabinets providing a built-in look. All this game changing design comes without compromising usable space in the refrigerator as this fridge provides an ample 27 cu.ft capacity. way more than my old GE top freezer refrigerator that had only 22 cu.ft capacity If you are looking for a built-in look design in a tight kitchen space with large capacity look no further.
